This homestay offers a single room with a private bath. One meal per day will be provided.
Depending on the package you will schedule 1-2 hours of intensive English language tutorials (Mon. thru Fri.) with a certified TESOL Masters teacher.
The area is beautiful with hiking/biking/walking trails everywhere. The sea, marina, and sports facilities are a very short walk down the hill.
The home is on the Semiahmoo golf course, so if you love to golf and/or enjoy water sports, this area is for you!
Mt. Baker is a world renown snowboard and ski destination. Less than an hour from the house, you can experience powder snow in the winter and an Alpine hiking wonderland in the summer.
This place is heaven on earth.
Also provided is a diverse cultural experience.
Excursions to Seattle will be provided to meet family and friends, to shop and sight-see in the wonderful city of Seattle and Vacouver, Canada.
Other activities may include a hike up the mountains, a ferry boat ride to one of the many islands or just a relaxing day at a park.
